Use Shy's in-app feedback or the public support email for support and data requests.

You can control visibility, contact sharing, saved contacts, exports, restores, and local clearing from inside Shy.

Use Forget me in Shy to clear this device and request linked account data deletion. If you cannot open Shy, contact support with your Shy ID or recovery code if you have it.

Use Report inside Shy for harassment, age concerns, impersonation, spam, or unsafe contact. Reports include recent reported-message context for owner review and also block that person.

For support, include your device, browser or app version, what happened, and whether you want help, data export, correction, or deletion.

Support is owner-reviewed and may not be instant. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
